I’ve been trying to follow the dietary recommendations as closely as possible, avoiding dairy, sugar and most fats. I have to say it’s made a HUGE difference, I noticed it right away. I have been sleeping so much better, I have much more energy, my skin feels better and I don’t feel as tired in the afternoons as I used to!! It really is amazing how a few simple changes make and it hasn’t been that hard. I just hope it’s not all “in my head”! It will be interesting to see how things look at the next hair sample I send away with you. Mike D.
